Our printing-related franchises developed a complete online system to take advantage of the latest in digital printing technology. Our web-to-print solutions, offering online catalogs, document management and online proofing, along with document distribution provide a wealth of new business opportunities for our franchisees and their customers.
TeamLogic IT™ businesses offer their customers a series of preventative maintenance packages called SystemWatch™ that allows franchisees to deliver IT services including local and remote data back-up and updated virus protection to small businesses that previously could not afford this level of proactive IT service.

Franchise Services, Inc. also recognizes the importance of training to help our franchisees better serve their customers and better manage their business. The training begins with an intensive introductory school at our corporate training facility. It continues with local in-person, video and online interactive training for franchisees and their employees.

Complementing our training is an active program of continuing support. We have specialists on our corporate staff who are always available for consultation. In addition, we provide many forms of communication and development, including monthly newsletters, seminars and annual conventions, to provide further support and add to a sense of community.
